	Information for Confederate Reenactors The Confederate force at the McDowell 2012 event will be portraying the 1st Brigade of Edward "Allegheny" Johnson's "Army of the Northwest". Johnson's 1st Brigade had 1,899 men, and was comprised of the 12th Georgia, 25th Virginia and 31st Virginia Infantry Regiments, as well as Raine's Battery. We will also be portraying elements of Jackson's 3rd (Taliaferro's) Brigade, specifically the 10th, 23rd, and 37th VA. By pooling our talent and resources we hope to make every participants experience at McDowell 2012 as rewarding and memorable as possible.
