The McDowell event subscribes to high, yet achieveable authenticity standards. Our aim is to achieve the most accurate portrayal possible of Confederate and Federal soldiers during the time of Jackson's Valley Campaign and the ordinary citizenry of Virginia's Allegheny Highlands in May 1862.
